Everything you need to know about joining Realty of America.

What’s the process for joining ROA?: Start by clicking the “Start Your Journey” button and filling out a quick form with your license number and email. You’ll then receive your Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA), and a member of our team will reach out to guide you through the next steps.
How long does it take to transfer my license to ROA?: License transfers typically take 1–4 business days, depending on your state. If your license has any restrictions or holds, it may take slightly longer.
Are there any monthly fees?: No. ROA doesn’t charge any monthly fees. We keep overhead low so agents can focus on earning more.
What’s the cost for your technology tools?: Our tech package is covered by a one-time $750 fee, split across your first three transactions at $250 per closing. After that, there are no additional charges for access.
Is there a broker support team for compliance and contract reviews?: Yes. Each agent is supported by a state-based Designated Broker with over 10 years of experience, available for contract questions, compliance, and transaction guidance.
How does revenue sharing work?: ROA rewards agents who help grow the company through referrals. Our revenue share model is designed with infinite depth, so you can build long-term, passive income.
What training programs do you offer?: Our training is led by actively producing agents and industry experts. You’ll get actionable education on everything from social media to listing strategies to team growth.
Who leads ROA?: ROA’s leadership team includes Eddie Garcia (CEO), Mark Dimas (President), Max Zaker (COO), and Adriana Castillo (Chief Compliance Officer).
What if I have tech issues — how do I get help?: Our corporate support team is available via email at support@blog.realtyofamerica.com. We’re here to assist you with any platform or tech-related issues.
Is a CRM included?: Yes. Our CRM is included at no ongoing cost and is designed to help you manage leads, nurture relationships, and close more deals efficiently.
What technology tools are provided?: ROA agents get access to a full tech suite including CRM, SkySlope, community platforms, AI-enhanced systems, and real-time tracking of revenue share and production.
Are there transaction fees after hitting the cap?: Yes. After you reach your $14,000 annual cap, a $250 transaction fee applies to each additional deal for the remainder of your anniversary year.
Do commission splits ever change?: No. You start at an 85/15 split and remain there until you cap at $14,000. After that, you earn 100% commission with a $250 transaction fee per closing.
What about new agents?: New agents begin at a 60/40 split for their first three residential sales or five leases. After that, they move to the standard 85/15 split.
How is training delivered?: Training is available live, on-demand, and in person. We offer webinars, masterminds, and access to recordings so you can learn on your schedule.
What mentorship support is available?: Our mentorship program connects you with top-performing agents who specialize in listings, marketing, team building, and more. You’ll never have to go it alone.
Can I build a team at ROA?: Yes. ROA is team-friendly and provides tools, training, and backend support to help you build and scale your team with confidence.
Do you offer lead generation tools?: Yes. Our integrated platform includes lead generation capabilities, and we offer training to help you convert more effectively.
How do you support with contracts and compliance?: Our brokers and compliance team are readily available to help with document reviews, legal guidance, and ensuring all transactions are handled properly.
How quickly do agents get paid?: Agents are typically paid within 24 to 48 hours after closing, depending on the transaction and title company processing.
What kind of community does ROA offer?: ROA fosters a collaborative, agent-first environment with virtual meetups, mastermind sessions, and in-person events to keep you connected and supported.
Is there ongoing education for experienced agents?: Yes. We offer advanced-level training, business development coaching, and leadership programs tailored to experienced agents looking to scale.
